We are registered with the Care Quality Commission for the provison of personal care (Supported Living Services).
We provide supported living and community based services.
We have experience supporting individuals with:
Learning disabilities including autistic spectrum disorders, Down's Syndrome
Aquired Brain Injuries
Mental health issues
Supported Living is where an individual, or group of people, live within owner occupied accomodation or a secure tenancy agreed home and where where support is provided. Support could be provided for a few hours, overnight, or 24 hours a day. The support is planned and agreed to meet the needs of the individuals and is delivered in the way that they want.
These are usually short visits within the individual we are supporting's home and for individuals who already live a more independent lifestyle who may require some additional support with:
Personal care i.e. bathing, showering or shaving
Domestic chores i.e. housework or shopping
Financial assistance with collecting or claiming benefits, the setting up or paying of utility bills or help correspondence
Witnessing or administering medication
Making and accompanying people to medical appointments
